Healthy Cake Balls

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups almond flour

⅓ cup coconut flour

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

¼ cup milk of choice 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

2 teaspoons almond extract 

3 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles 

pinch of salt

PREP TIME: 10-15 MINS | COOK TIME: N/A | SERVINGS: 12-14

  1. In a bowl stir all ingredients and mix until combined. 

  2. Roll into tablespoon size balls. 

  3. Store in the refrigerator.
