Chocolate Dipped Watermelon + Sea Salt + Sprinkles

Ingredients

1 small watermelon, sliced and cut into triangles

1 cup cocoa powder

1 cup coconut oil, melted

3-4 tablespoons maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla

Sea salt or sprinkles for garnish

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES | COOK TIME: n/a | SERVINGS: 12-16

1. Cut your watermelon and set aside.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Add extra maple syrup if you want it sweeter.  

3. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet.

4. Dip each watermelon triangle halfway into the chocolate sauce and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all triangles are dipped. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt onto each triangle or sprinkles! 

5. Place watermelon into the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.
